Do I have to buy the lights?
No. Our commercial-grade LED lights are included in the price and we take them back in January. If you already own good lights, pick "I have my own" in the estimator and we'll hang yours for less.
When do you install?
Installs start in early November and run into December. The earlier you book, the better your pick of dates. You can install early and switch on whenever you like.
What if a bulb or strand goes out?
Text us. We come back within 48 hours and fix it, free, all season.
Will it damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips made for gutters and shingles. No nails, no staples, no holes.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our install crew is fully insured and WSIB-covered. Proof of insurance is available on request.
How do I pay?
No deposit to get a quote. Once you approve your quote you'll get an invoice from our install team. Pay after the lights are up.
What about next year?
Your lights are cut to fit your house and stored with your name on the box. Returning customers get first pick of install dates, and you can rebook in one text.
Do you do Halloween or commercial?
Ask us. Storefronts and small businesses in town are welcome, just mention it in the form.
